Shipping policy
At By Han, all items are han[d] made with love and care by me, Hannah. As a one-woman show, I create each piece to order, which means that customisation takes time. I’m committed to ensuring that every order meets your expectations, so please allow for production time before your item is shipped.
Processing Time:
Each item is carefully made to order and customised just for you. Please allow minimum 6 weeks processing time for your order to be shipped. Also note during launches and drops this time may increase. Once your order is complete, I’ll ship it out as quickly as possible.
Need It By a Certain Date?
If you have a specific date in mind (such as a gift or event), please include this in the "Order Notes" section at checkout. While I can’t always guarantee a specific timeline, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request and get your order to you on time.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary based on your location, but I will always notify you with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please note that once an order is shipped, delivery times are beyond my control and may be impacted by carrier delays, duties and taxes.
Packaging & Care:
I take great care in packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely to you. All items are carefully wrapped to minimise damage during transit. If you have any concerns about your package’s condition upon arrival, please reach out to me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
